Building structures,
enabling people.
I'm Mariana. For 9 years I've been helping organizations work better. My job is to turn chaos into structures that allow teams to focus on what truly matters.

About me
What I do
Operations & Chief of Staff. I design processes, manage teams, and make sure things work. I'm fascinated by understanding how the pieces of an organization connect.
My background
Master's in Emergency Management (yes, real crises). Sociology with a focus on Business Administration. Always looking to understand the why behind things.
Outside of work
Lover of travel and new experiences. I enjoy crafts, music, and exploring different cultures. Tea enthusiast and fan of good conversations.
What I believe in
Justice and equity. That good processes give people security. That there's always a better way to do things.
Philosophy
I've learned that operations isn't about control, it's about enabling.
My job is to create the invisible infrastructure that allows people to do their best work.
When a process is well designed, no one notices it. And that's exactly the point.
I specialize in those transition moments where everything seems chaotic: rapid growth,
restructuring, changes in direction. My superpower is seeing order within disorder
and building bridges to something better.
"The best organizational structure is one that people don't even notice, because it simply works."

Books that have influenced how I think about society, organizations, and people:
Liquid Modernity — Zygmunt Bauman
A deep reflection on how social structures have become fluid and uncertain in the contemporary world.
Liquid Love — Zygmunt Bauman
On the fragility of human bonds in the modern era and how we build (and destroy) relationships.
Consuming Life — Zygmunt Bauman
A critical analysis of how consumerism transforms our identity and social relationships.
Let's connect?
I'm always open to new conversations, opportunities, or simply exchanging ideas.
